CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS

 You may cancel or return your order within 10 days of receipt or your package.  Please either email us (enquiries@blinkbeach.com) or write to let us know (Returns Department, Blink, The Barn, Lower Spargrove Farm, Spargrove, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 6HQ).   Upon receipt of the items cancelled, your card will be credited providing your order is returned in the original packaging with the swing tags attached.  Please do not forget to fill out the returns document enclosed in your package.  We reserve the right to refuse returns items if they are not in their original packaging with all swing tags attached.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange any items as long as they are in stock.  If they are not, your card will be credited.  Please return the items to Returns Department, Blink, Lower Spargrove Farm, Spargrove, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 6HQ.  Do not forget to fill out the exchange doucment enclosed in your package.  We will endeavour to send out your exchange within 7 days.  We reserve the right to refuse returns items if they are not in their orginal packaging with all swing tags attached.
